The EZLock's lid can be locked in place at any position on the pressure cooker pot, eliminating the need for alignment. Equipped with two pressure settings (High and Low), it provides the flexibility to cook even the most delicate dishes to perfection. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the EZLock is compatible with all domestic stoves, including gas, electric, ceramic, and induction.

Available in four sizes (6, 8, 10, and 12.7 quarts), the EZLock pressure cooker can serve 4 to 10 people, making it versatile for a variety of cooking needs. The 12.7-quart model is the largest in our lineup and is perfect for pressure canning, comfortably accommodating four 1-quart jars.

The EZLock's safety features include an automatic and universal locking mechanism, a pressure regulator knob with four positions (High Pressure, Low Pressure, Release, and Clean), and a pressure indicator that rises when pressure has been reached and goes down when pressure has been released. A silicone gasket on the underside of the lid creates an airtight seal, essential for building pressure.
